Rugs and hooking
About this time 1 realized if I was really going to know what
was "hookable" I must hook myself, and so more supplies accumulated. Now frames, bags, boxes, trunks filled with rags, and
mountains of scrap books began to pile up. I saved everything!
Filing drawers became necessary, for I had to be able to turn to what I wanted when I needed it most. Magazines were riddled and articles filed away under their proper headings.
Soon the attic began to bulge. Then this bulge began to spread throughout the house. A small space in my kitchen made one more closet for more rags!
A set of boxes just fitted under the kitchen table to hold more rags. Clothes closets were rearranged to provide more space for more boxes, and more rags.
